How fast is your Support Service?
Cloud Referrals strives for a same day response to your Support requests. However, due to support request volume and client emergencies, a 1 to 2 business day(s) response time may be necessary.
How long do projects usually take to complete?
If you’re well prepared we can complete projects in two to four weeks, however due to volume of client projects, they can sometimes take up to six weeks.
What am I responsible for?
Depending on the nature of your request or Purchase, you may be asked to supply certain information, including, but not limited to, your name, business name, address, email address, telephone number, API (application programming interface) keys, usernames and passwords, credit card details, database files, graphics, proprietary business processes and any other Personally Identifiable and Proprietary Information needed to fulfill the Service.
What if I want to make changes during a project?
Any changes made to your initial request before delivery of the Service may result in additional charges. After delivery of the Service any changes or additions to the information provided above will result in additional charges. If any third party applications or services are needed to use the Service and you request our assistance with installation, configuration or troubleshooting of these tools, these services will be estimated at that time.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
Do you document and share my project specifications with me?
Yes. Every communication we have together is documented. All your files will be shared with you through our Google Drive folder and will be available for 30 days.
What is your hourly rate?
We sell our services in blocks of time: Ten (10) hours for $1,000.
Billing, Refunds & Cancellations
When is payments due?
Payment is due in full before any services are rendered.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards & Paypal. You will be billed in US Dollars. Cloud Referrals does not accept any other form of payment.
Will Cloud Referrals give refunds?
Cloud Referrals reserves the right to refuse requests for refund. Cloud Referrals will assess refund or credit requests based on their merits.
What happens if we need to cancel or reschedule a meeting?
We require a 24 hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling appointments. If you do not contact us to cancel or reschedule before the 24 hour period, a cancellation fee of $50 will be charged.
Is my data safe?
Yes. We take reasonable precautions to keep your data safe and choose service providers who maintain the latest cybersecurity best practices. Read our Security Overview for more information.
How do I send you my password?
We use Lastpass to manage passwords and API keys. If you do not have a Lastpass account already, please create a free account and share your information with “firstname.lastname@example.org”. If you are sending your API keys, please input the key in a Secure Note.

What happens after you’re done converting our data?
After the data conversion is complete, we will permanently delete the data we converted from our service provider’s servers. This process will take at least 30 days to complete.
